Information we collect
We may collect contact details, company information, workflow notes, quote templates, integration preferences, and support messages shared during demos, pilots, or partner conversations.
How we use information
We use information to respond to demo requests, configure pilot workflows, prepare quote-to-cash templates, provide support, improve product reliability, and communicate about Workbase AI.
Customer workflow data
Workflow data can include inquiries, quote drafts, order notes, payment status exports, and owner brief inputs. Workbase is designed so sensitive customer-facing actions require approval before sending.
AI and training
Workbase AI does not use customer data to train public models by default. Any model, vendor, or data-processing arrangement for a pilot should be documented in the customer agreement.
Data retention
We retain information only as needed to provide the service, support pilots, meet legal obligations, and maintain security records. Pilot customers may request deletion of inactive workflow data.
