What your team provides
- Your existing or agreed document template
- Representative files you are allowed to share
- Business rules and examples of a correct result
- A reviewer and a baseline for time or quality
HOW IT WORKS
We agree the inputs, rules, expected result and review process before preparing a company-specific pilot. Start with a description; no private files are needed for the first conversation.
FROM FIRST CONTACT TO DAILY USE
Share how the work is done today, the materials involved and what a useful result looks like.
We agree the template, rules, supported inputs and review steps, then test with representative files.
Once the agreed checks are complete, we prepare the workspace, instructions and support arrangements for continued use.
Scope, availability, timing and support are agreed for each pilot.
There is no need to design a new template for every file. We agree and save it during configuration, then test with representative inputs.
REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE
AI prepares the agreed document or schedule. Your reviewer compares it with the source and the approved template. Technical suitability, pricing, terms and customer commitments stay with the responsible person.
Within the agreed inputs and scope, the result must be usable, the checks must be clear and the way of working must suit your team. Agree these criteria before the pilot and review the evidence together.
Missing or contradictory information needs clarification, not an invented answer. Confirm who records corrections and approves the final document.
The review workspace concept is a deeper reference, not a separate released approval product.
Desktop delivery and supported tasks are confirmed during scoping. Your company materials, templates and Skills are configured for the work you agree.
The web workspace contains prepared synthetic samples. Desktop installation, live processing and system connections are confirmed for your setup.
AFTER THE PILOT
Review the evidence together. Continue, improve the setup, agree another task or stop. Ongoing support and desktop delivery are scoped separately.
We start with your existing files and templates. Any software changes or connections are agreed after reviewing the task; we do not promise that every system can be integrated.
We discuss a useful starting task, the materials it would need and what a pilot should prove. If there is a suitable scope, agree access, responsibilities, timing and cost before sharing private materials.
Setup guidance, training, maintenance and response arrangements depend on the engagement. Confirm them before handover; there is no universal support package or delivery timetable.
