One department. One measurable workflow.

Security & review

Keep control of the work that matters.

Public samples and customer pilots have different boundaries. Agree the materials, access and review steps before using a task with company data.

01

Explore public samples.

The sample workspace opens existing synthetic source files and prepared results. It does not process your files or run a model when you explore a sample.

Self-service uploads are not available. Own-file testing is arranged by invitation after the scope and data handling are agreed.

02

Limit the materials for a pilot.

Use only the information needed to test the agreed task. Confirm who can access it, which services will process it and how long it will be retained.

Running a desktop interface does not by itself mean all processing stays on that device. Model providers and any external services are confirmed for the setup.

03

Review before use or release.

Check source facts, missing details, calculations, prices and terms before a result is used or shared. Assign a person to decide how exceptions should be handled.

Review steps and any record-keeping requirements are agreed per pilot; this website does not demonstrate a live approval or audit system.

04

Gmail remains an optional test connection.

Invited testers can connect Gmail, choose an inquiry and prepare a reply or quotation draft. Searching and previewing messages does not send them to a model; processing an inquiry can share its content with the configured model services. A reply is saved to Gmail only after you review and confirm it. The current connector does not send email.

Google verification and a security assessment have not been completed. Account credentials and cached source messages are encrypted, but the application does not encrypt every conversation, task record or exported file. Provider retention, deletion and permitted data use must be agreed for each setup. See the privacy policy for the current data flow and deletion limits.

05

Confirm the delivery boundaries.

Supported file types, permissions, model services, retention, deletion and support are part of the pilot discussion. Do not share confidential materials through the public website.
